On our Stories page, we have put the call out for you to share a story, observation, or idea (big or small) on how you re-imagine downtown Vancouver. Here is how Kelvin Lee re-imagines downtown Vancouver:
Vancouver is already a great city. Though I am only 16 and have been living here only for 16 years, a lot has changed over these past years—big and small. From the change of buses to the building of all these condos and buildings, it’s a great place to be.
Downtown Vancouver is my place to be. I travel through downtown Vancouver almost everyday; even if I don’t have any errands. It’s a great environment to be around. The architecture is basic, but I see some beauty in it.
I am an amateur photographer who takes tons of photos around the city, mostly in downtown. I see a lot of potential in these next 20-30 years in this city; from innovative ideas to more abstract buildings to building more spaces to make downtown Vancouver more of a community.
